IMPORTANT NOTE / T&C:

  • If in case any person / Employee / Company representative sends his / her personal bank account and ask to transfer payment in his her personal bank account / UPI, then kindly update to MAPSTOP Director / Owner: ABDUL REHMAN by CALL: +91 988 6894 231 / Email: abdul@mapstopholidays.com so that will take legal action on that person / Employee / Company representative, if Client is not updating to company / firm director and both person are dealing personally then client is only responsible for his or her amount.
  • If we MAPSTOP found that any client/s transfer any amount to MAPSTOP employee/s personal bank account / personal UPI instead of MAPSTOP BANK CURRENT ACCOUNT, then MAPSTOP is not responsible for any single payment and MAPSTOP is not liable to provide confirmation of that amount and only client and that employee (he or she) is responsible for that amount and that deal will be called as fraud with MAPSTOP and MAPSTOP has right to take all legal action on both (Client & Employee) as they both are misleading to MAPSTOP and our policies.
  • Any breach of contract shall be processed by the Law in the courts at Bangalore.

If client agrees to the given condition, only then deal with MAPSTOP. (This is all for your safety and transparency between client and company)

* All our front-line staff, tour managers, operations staffs and vendors are briefed and updated on the COVID 19 policies as per the WHO norms and included in the workflow to ensure that the same is adhered and executed as per the Standard Operating Procedures to assure a safe and enjoyable travel experience.

 

We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in our itineraries. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we  cannot be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any independent agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act of God or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator who are the company’s Independent Contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

We are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, or / and any act or actions of co-traveler, co-passenger which may result in availing the services on the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Domestic, International and One day tours.

No Cancellation will be accepted once the advance is received, and the name is registered.
